Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are shipped according to the date in each item description. Payment for pre-orders are processed at the time of order. Pre-Orders can not be returned until the item is received, then follow 'Returns' instructions. 

Shipping

Standard shipping is about 3-5 business days for domestic orders (inside the U.S). Separate orders can not be combined if they were placed separately. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Due to the value of our art SIGNATURE is REQUIRED for all delivered packages. Annture does not deliver to P.O Boxes. All international orders (outside of U.S) maybe subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges at receivers expense. These rates are determined by the receiving country. Contact your local customs for more information. 

If the package cannot be delivered to the shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer does not collect package, the order will be returned to Annture at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping cost and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; the amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded. 

Returns/Exchange

Exhibition I Eyewear is non refundable but can be exchanged. To request an exchange or return, please submit a request to SHOP@ANNTURE.COM within 7 days of receiving the item(s). 

Item(s) must be sent back in original condition. The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached. 

If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. ANNTURE reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. 

We can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color, depending on availability. If the item is no longer available and you would like to exchange for something else that is available on our site, please follow return instructions and place a new order. 

Allow 10 business days for refund to reflect on your credit/bank history. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

Shipping cost are non refundable.
